This past weekend at the famed Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Cadillac unveiled its newest concept car, the Cadillac Elmiraj. The Pebble Beach Concours features the most luxurious cars in the world, so it was an ideal place to reveal the next level of luxury cars for the Cadillac brand.
The Elmiraj is a grand coupe with seating for four that follows the lead of Cadillac’s last concept, the Ciel. Cadillac describes the Elmiraj as “a statement of pure luxury and performance with a purposeful character and proportion.”
Speaking of proportion, the Elmiraj is a big coupe with a dramatic presence. It is 205 inches in overall length and has a long dash-to-axle front profile, a Cadillac signature design.
Driving this beauty is a 4.5-liter twin turbocharged V8 with an estimated 500 horsepower. Cadillac has given the Elmiraj a Vsport badge, meaning it is truly a performance car and sits just below the high-performance V-Series.
We love this new design and would love to get behind the wheel. We hope this is the car that becomes Cadillac’s future halo car. What do you think of the Elmiraj?
