The Chevy Equinox is a go-to option for drivers who want something sporty, efficient, fun, and versatile — that’s why it’s Chevy’s best-selling SUV. There’s even more to appreciate with the new and improved 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, scheduled to hit the Bill Harris GM showroom next year with new style, several upgrades, and a new trim option.
The refreshed styling of the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox starts with all-new front and rear fascias. New LED headlamps sweep dramatically from the updated grille, which boasts a more aggressive appearance. Sculpted lines suggest elegance and agility and give the 2022 Equinox a gorgeous appearance in motion or at rest.
The Equinox continues to come in L, LS, LT, and Premier trims. High-end Premier models get their own special upgrades, which include a stunning gloss black grille complete with chrome inserts, LED headlamps and taillamps, and 19-inch machine faced wheels. Its interior features unique details like a high black gloss finish on the center console and elegant French stitching.
Starting in the 2022 model year, the Equinox will also be available in the popular RS trim. This sporty option gets an RS shift knob and black upholstery with red stitching on its inside. Its exterior wears a gloss black grill with black bowties, black badging, and black side rails to match.
The new 2022 Equinox also takes safety to a new level, with a longer list of standard and available driver-assist features. Each model will include systems like a Following Distance Indicator, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Forward Collision Alert.
You can expect to see the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox in Ashland, OH, at Bill Harris GM sometime next year.
